My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lottie is a 4-year-old 35-pound miniature German Shepherd (that isn't a real breed, but that's what she looks like). She's a sweet dog who loves to lay in your lap on the couch and run around the backyard with her doggy foster brother. She's sweet with children and good with cats and strangers too. Lottie's just a good dog.

Lottie is spayed, has all her vaccines (DA2PPC, Bordatella, and Rabies), recently tested had a negative heart-worm and fecal tests, and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $250.

The first step to adopt Lottie is to read all about adoption with Happy Tails Rescue Inc. and fill out an application. If we think your home sounds like the best fit, we'll be in touch. Click here to go to our web site: www.happytailsrescueinc.org/adoption-available-dogs

Happy Tails Rescue Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based rescue based in Northwest Indiana. We have no shelter, all of our animals are cared for in loving foster homes until their forever home match is found. All of our animals are fully vetted before adoption, including distemper, rabies, and bordatella vaccines, a heartworm test, fecal test, microchip, and are spayed/neutered. Adoption fees range from $150-$350. If you're interested in meeting one of our animals please fill out an application first. If approved we will then arrange a meet and greet. Happy Tails does not do same day adoptions because we do a short home visit to make sure our animals are being placed in safe environments.
