Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Moses is 50 pounds of pure love., but If he could talk, he would tell quite a story of neglect and abuse., When he came to the shelter, he was fearful of everything...if you dropped something, or even picked up a broom, he would cower and pee, He will always have emotional scars, but he is becoming more confident every day, and is learning to trust that no one will hurt him again. He can be calm and quiet, but he is also ready to take a walk with only a moment's notice. Moses is not a puppy...he was estimated to be about 5 years old, but we suspect he is older. He is intelligent, friendly, and moderately active., and he is happiest when he can lay his head on a human's lap. His demands are very few, and would love a quiet, stable home with a family who is around most of the time. Despite his size, Moses is definitely a house dog...he actually thinks he is a lap dog. The major issue with him is grooming. His curly coat requires regular maintenance, and he is terrified of clippers or scissors, and will snap ....that is the only sign of aggression...He interacts well with both humans and canines, and the family who takes him into their home and hearts will be truly blessed. Everybody loves Moses.
