Meet Otis. He is absolutely the sweetest dog you will ever meet and we really really want to help him out. Clearly he has some skin issues as a result of allergies but he is responding to medication. He is good with all dog's, cats and people. He is approx 2 years old and He weighs about 65 pounds. Please help us help Otis.
