This tiny little fella is Mowgli, an 8 month old, 8 lb. black and white Terrier. He was found wandering as a stray and taken to our local shelter with no sign of responsible ownership. Mowgli is such a sweet little one, he loves people, gets along with other dogs, and his favorite things to do is play and cuddle.
