Bodhi is a male 8 month old purebred Labrador Retriever. He is a white/yellow lab with a beautiful soft coat and chocolate brown eyes. Bodhi is a big boy, currently weighing 80 pounds. He should top out at 90-100 pounds as a full grown adult. Bodhi has AKC registration paperwork, has been vet checked and is very healthy. He is also a handsome dog, no doubt about it. Bodhi is your typical Lab pup; full of energy and lives to play. He adores romping around with other big dogs and enjoys vigorous play. He will play fetch and likes to swim. Bodhi knows how to sit on command, is housebroken, and walks well on leash. He is a very friendly and outgoing dog who welcomes any kind of attention from all people whether he knows them or not. He is great with company and great with children, although they should be older since he is a big strong dog. Bodhi will thrive with an active family in a home where he gets plenty of exercise and lots of affection and big hugs. A large and playful canine friend in the home would be super fun for Bodhi, but frequent trips to the dog park would also work. Bodhi is the kind of dog that can go for a hike in the morning and then swimming in the ocean in the afternoon. He embraces life and wants to be active and doing things during the day. He is a smart pup, but simple in terms of his needs. Lots of love, a few treats, and plenty of play time is the key to Bodhi's heart. A good sized yard and lots of room is also a must for this big boy. Bodhi is a wonderful dog with tons of potential. He is just starting out in life and looking for a family to love. He is ready for his forever home today!
Bodhi’s adoption donation is $675 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED and DEFLEAED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Bodhi is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Pam and Allen and is ready for his forever home.
