My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Norma Jean was rescued as a stray, her rescuer was unable to locate her owners or keep her and she was surrendered to us. Norma Jean is a sweet girl, who does well with other dogs, male and female. She walks well on a leash and is doing well with crate-training. She is a quiet, affectionate gal who is low-maintenance. She can be shy with new people but it doesn't take her long to come around. She is 2 years old and weighs 12 pounds. Her adoption fee is $285 which covers the cost of her spay, rabies vaccine, 2 sets of distemper/parvo vaccines, fecal testing, deworming, microchip and microchip registration. For more information about Norma Jean, please contact Lydia at 714-357-8405. Please read the following paragraph which contains information on our adoption process.

If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between 1-5 PM, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Upon receipt AND approval, the dog you are interested in meeting will be made available to meet on a Saturday. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION AND BE APPROVED. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster parent. Please understand that private appointments will be coordinated to meet the convenience of the foster parent/transporter. We cannot hold dogs, please submit your application when you are ready to adopt.

All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, core vaccinations (rabies and 2 sets of distemper/parvo), fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
