My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nemo is a Take Me Home courtesy post. Nemo is not affiliated with Take Me Home. He is not under our care. Take Me Home is not responsible for any adoptions through private parties. For more information about Nemo, email Alli at info@adogliferescue.org. Los Angeles area adoption only.

This adorable pup is Nemo. He's such a special little boy and you have to meet him. He and his sister Dory were left behind in an apartment when their previous people moved. Luckily, when someone came in to clean, Nemo and Dory were discovered and we were contacted. Nemo is now 6.8 pounds and about 4 months old. He loves to play with Dory and the other dogs (and cat) in his foster home. Nemo is so endearing and sweet. He gives lots of kisses and loves to cuddle. He will drape himself over his foster mom and fall asleep or cuddle up with Dory.

He also LOVES to play with the 3-year-old dog in his foster home. He would also be a great playmate for somebody looking for that for a dog they currently own. Nemo is very friendly with new people and loves attention. He would do well in an active home because he loves when people and other dogs come to visit. If you are open to adopting two pups, Nemo and Dory are an awesome duo and will bring so much fun and affection to your household.

They keep each other entertained when you need to get stuff done but happy to play and get affection from you when you're not busy (Their foster mom works from home and they are great with that and when she has to leave for meetings etc. they have been doing well staying home together too). They are doing well with potty training them but they do still have occasional accidents in the house. We would love if they were adopted together because they are really bonded but if you have another friendly, playful dog in the home, or for Nemo have dog friends he can visit to play with, we are open to adopting them separately. We just don't want to separate them and place one in a home where they are alone all day. For more information about Nemo, email Alli at info@adogliferescue.org. Los Angeles area adoption only.
