Meet Mavis! Playful, affectionate, playful, smart, playful! Did we mention playful? Mavis comes with an active, happy-go-lucky, energetic, loving attitude. She is always in the "know" as to whats going on around her. She's a ball-loving, exploring, curious kind of girl. Mavis is a very social dog and loves being around both dogs and people. Due to her personality and personal requests- we will be looking to adopt her to a family that has another dog for her to pal around with or a family that is social and will give her daily/weekly opportunities to be around other canines. She needs to be social in order to be happy! Working breeds like Mavis also need structure, more than your average exercise (and not just a big back yard) as well as mental stimulation. She has a brain and she needs to use it! As long as her mental and physical needs are met, Mavis can adjust to a variety of environments. She will prefer to have companionship during the day, even if it's another dog. This girl is truly a light and an absolute joy to be around. Kids and dogs preferred. Cats unknown. Age 2 years. 59 lbs.
