My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Lindsey. We think this little cutie is a Miniature Schnauzer / Terrier mix - just a guess! Our vet thinks that little Lindsey is about 1 year old. We have been working on leash manners and people manners with Lindsey and she is doing very well.

Lindsey is one smart little cookie! She learned how to play fetch by watching other dogs play and she LOVES this game. Lindsey is right around 10 lbs and is still growing. She prefers to be treated like one of the BIG dogs and is a little too rambunctious for our chihuahua sized small breed foster dogs. In fact, Lindsey prefers to play with a bigger dog. She loves the race me - chase me game and a little light wrestling is right up her alley! Lindsey is crate trained as well and rides well in the car (we currently crate her when we transport her).

Lindsey is spayed, current on vaccinations and microchipped. She tends to ignore our little foster kitten and thus, we think she might do okay in a home with cats. Lindsey might do okay with another dog that likes to match her play style without playing too rough; normally a male and a female tend to get along best together. A meet and greet with your current pets might tell us more.
