My name is Ella!

Italian Greyhound/Golden Retriever Mix Dog for adoption in Randolph, New Jersey - Ella

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Ella's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Ella's Story...
UPDATE- Ella is very unhappy in her foster home with all the other dogs around and is hoping to find a new home ASAP where she can be the only pet. She is very friendly with people but does not want to share the attention with other dogs. Please call us at 973-208-0191 to arrange to meet her.
Ella is an adorable little 6 year old Heinz 57 surrendered to a local shelter because her owner's home was foreclosed. She is very outgoing and sweet and will be a devoted companion in a calmer adult home where she can be the only pet. She's the perfect size at only about 15-20 pounds full grown and somewhat remembles a very tiny yellow lab or retriever. Please submit an application for an appointment to meet her. She will be spayed and updated on shots prior to adoption.

Ella is with Second Chance Dog Rescue - for a prompt reply, please contact Second Chance directly at 973-208-1054 or e-mail Stephanie at:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ella, a Randolph Italian Greyhound/Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound/Golden Retriever for sale in Randolph, or seeking a Italian Greyhound/Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Randolph.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Randolph already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Randolph breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound/Golden Retriever breeders who help with Italian Greyhound/Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Randolph paves the way for another one to be saved.
