My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey, there. Leon here. Yep, I know exactly what you’re thinking … “That ain’t no Jack!” Nope, I’m not, but … you know … sometimes things happen, hearts overflow, and “non-Jacks” end up here. It’s not ideal, by any means, but they’re hoping to help find me a home. And with this gorgeous mug of mine? How could they not?!

They don’t know a lot about my history, but they know a lot about my current status. I’m a young guy, maybe just a year or two. I’m not great on a leash yet, so they are working with me on that. I just get really excited to see people and want to lunge at you … and hug you! I’m getting better everyday, though.

I’m also about the sweetest thing you’ll ever meet. I love everyone I see, my tail never stops wagging, and I’m very patient and sweet in my kennel run. I’m a perfect little Staffordshire boy around 40 lbs. and solid as can be. If you know of someone looking for a perfect boy like me who understands my breed (and how crazy sweet I can be), please share. I could also use a foster home with someone experienced in teaching young, handsome men like me all I need to know to be a good dog.
