My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gracelyn! She is a 5 month old border colllie mix puppy who is about 15 lbs. She is the sweetest of the litter, very calm and loving, and quiet. Gracelyn is super snuggly and loving, and will be a wonderful family pooch! Gracelyn and her litter mates and mama are being fostered in Central Illinois. She was adopted as a tiny puppy but the boy in her home became severely allergic to her and his asthma was out of control so she came back. She is house trained, leash trained, and is a ball of fun. She is friendly with dogs, cats and loves kids!



Mama is a Collie/Spaniel mix, and daddy is a mystery but they are tiny and will be small to medium sized when grown. Mama weighs 27 lbs but is underweight.

All puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, have first 1-2 sets of shots (depending on age at adoption), are fecal tested and dewormed, have flea/heartworm preventative given prior to adoption and come home with a collar and 2 meals of food.



Puppies under 6 months are required to have human contact at least every 4 hours to avoid developing separation anxiety. All dogs from our rescue must be inside dogs. They must be leashed or in a fenced yard if outside. All of your current dogs must be up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered if over 6 months, and on heart-worm preventative year round unless you live in Northern US states where it is not required. (Unless your veterinarian will verify a medical reason for you not to do so) Transport can be arranged for a fee anywhere in the USA and Canada.
