Meet Heidi!

One of the sweetest laid-back girls you will ever meet! Not a mean bone in her body. She weighs around 62 pounds and is 5-year-old Golden/Shephard mix. She came to HART from an overcrowded shelter in West Virginia as a stray, therefore we have no prior history on her.

She is a little timid at first – especially with men. She is house broken, knows all her basic commands and even gives kisses!! Heidi also loves car rides and an occasional dip in a pond or lake.

She has been a perfect angel in her foster home. Puppy stage is over ~ no chewing or eating everything in sight ~ no crate necessary. She is 100% trustworthy.

For the most part, she just lays around wherever there is someone to be with. She is very loyal and will not run away without a leash either. She has been sleeping in bed with her 13-year-old human sister every night.

Heidi would very much love to find her forever family. She has so much love to give!!!
