Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Finn found himself at the Harris County Shelter in Houston. Despite being amazing and adorable, he found himself out of time!! Lola's Lucky Day scooped him up! He is the sweetest little guy!!! Finn is approximately 2 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He looks like a miniature Border Collie...but we are not exactly sure what breed he is. What we do know is that he is a complete doll!!!!! Finn has been in a foster home for several months. We discovered that he tested positively for heart worms, and he had to complete his treatment in Texas before traveling to his new home in Wisconsin. He has completed his heartworm treatment and is excited to move to Wisconsin!
Finn is a little shy initially, but warms up quickly! He loves other small dogs and we discovered that he likes cats!!!!!!! Finn is crate trained and is house trained (his foster home in Texas has a dog door). He is a super chill little guy looking for a super chill home! Finn has not been around LARGE dogs or children in his foster home in Texas.
Finn will be traveling to Wisconsin in late September pending his final heartworm test. He would LOVE to have amazing people waiting for his arrival!
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and once
approved a meet and greet with the dog. Please note that preference is given to adopters in
Wisconsin, but out of state adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250.
