Keebler is located in TEXAS.Yes he rode out the hurricane, and he is ready to relocate for a good loving forever home.
Keebler is one of 13 puppies that were dumped with their mother on the side of the road in the HOT Texas sun. Thankfully they were picked up by a guy that saw them on his way home from work. A DNA test for one of the puppies shows they are a VERY mixed breed. Mom is an Australian Shepherd mix. The puppies are 25% Boxer and 25% mixed breed. From the size of mom and the size of the puppies we estimate they will grow up to be medium size dogs, probably no more than 50 pounds. Keebler is smooth coated, mostly white with a reddish brown and black patch over one eye. He also has a reddish brown dot on the top of his head. All of the puppies are sweet, snuggly, and give lots of kisses. They are happy and healthy and love to play. Keebler is a puppy and he will need further training and socialization. We want Keebler to be an indoor dog and a loved member of the family. He would like a secure fenced yard to run and play.
Keebler is 3 months old. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped; and he has been started on heartworm and flea preventative. Keebler has a $400.00 adoption fee which includes ground transport to Strasburg VA or Hagerstown MD.
