Curley is a male Bichon Frise/Poodle mix pup about 10 mos - 1 year old. He is a soft, puffy puppy with thick ivory curls that are non-shedding. Curley has been professionally groomed and currently weighs 15 pounds. He may gain 4-6 pounds more to reach his ideal adult size. Curley is an adorable sweetheart. He is sensitive and hesitant at first, but once you show him some love he gets all puppyish and cute, hopping around, showing off his doggie grin, and being playful. He is a very gentle dog and more on the submissive side. Curley wants to please his people and is a delightful dog to have around the house. He likes to be your little shadow but he is easy to care for and easy to please. He likes soft toys, comfy doggie beds, and he will play with other gentle dogs or with people with toys once he's feeling safe and comfortable (which doesn't take very long). Curley is your typical youngster, wide-eyed and learning about the world, but so pure and innocent that he melts your heart. Curley is good with children and walks nicely on leash. He is excellent in public and has wonderful manners. He will stick close to you in crowded areas, but will also welcome pats from admirers. He has a nice amount of energy for long or short walks and also likes to poke around in the backyard too. Curley will thrive in a calm home where he is doted on, pampered and spoiled. He has been vet checked and is healthy. Curley was rescued from a high-volume shelter where he was brought in stray. This lovely little gem has a lot to offer and will make an outstanding pet. Curley is ready for his new forever loving home today!
Curley’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Curley is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Lynda, Eric, and Lisa and is ready for his forever home.
