My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi folks, my name is Cassie (aka Momma Cass.)  I’m a 10 year old Beagle rescued from Lampasas, Texas.  I’m a pretty timid older lady that loves being outside. I like toys, but my foster sister always takes them away from me.  I’m getting better at housetraining in my foster home, but will need someone willing to help me continue my good habits.  Just put me in my crate with a treat and a toy when you leave and I’ll be happy.  I like other dogs, but sometimes that feisty little puppy foster sister of mine just barks and barks at me for no reason.  That’s about the only time I might get a little grumpy. I’m mostly really chill and I get along well with my adult foster brother.  I do have a heart murmur, but I’m still very active outside.  I can even beat my foster siblings to the fence sometimes!  I’m also a full figure gal, but my foster mom has been working on that.  I love to walk and just hang out wherever you are, which helps my figure.
