Meet beautiful and best bully girl Bella! Super smart, social and slightly shy Bella, is close to three years old and weighs 68lbs. She is a bit on the skinny side, so after gaining a few pounds, should be closer to 75lbs. Miss Bella is tall and we think a mix of Weimaraner and Staffordshire Terrier. Bella is such a wonderful companion and affectionate sweetheart. Rescued out of high kill southern California, Bella now is in foster care in Seattle and ready to meet. She loves her daily walks or hikes and will make a great exercise partner. She has a gorgeous blue coat, hilarious ears and is sleek and gorgeous. The shelter called her “Funny” due to those ears! Belle gets along well with other dogs and is learning how to play with toys and balls in her foster home. She likes to chase the ball and dance on her toes too! Belle has successfully met the family cat and easily left the kitty behind. Bella loves being with people, although a bit shy when she first meets you but warms up fast and will bond with you quickly. Bella would be best with older kids as she sometimes doesn’t get how tall she is and might knock down a little one. Belle is active and fun, but also mellow and very good in the house. She is house trained, vaccinated and micro-chipped. She will be a good adventure buddy and is excellent in the car. She would love an energetic family who wants to get her out and about, but she enjoys her cuddle time afterwards as well! Belle is working on her basic commands and listens to you attentively. She was the shelter favorite and called her a “gentle, sensitive soul; a great mixture of calm indoors and nice energy outside.” She loves exploring and playing with her people and hanging out with dog buddies. She would make you proud in a training class to get everyone on the same page. Bella is crate trained, goes in on her own and doesn’t make a peep all night. Belle is easy going yet so playful. She would love her new family to have a fenced yard to run and play in. She has no reactions to geese or ducks and no food or toy aggression. Lovable and lovely Belle will make a wonderful addition to your family, she is so smart and so fun outdoors. She will make you proud as she is easily trained and very food motivated.
