Hi friends my name is Mosey. I'm a 1 year old terrier mix and weigh 19lbs. I was living in back of a shopping plaza for god knows how long. I'm so happy when someone that saw me finally reached out for help. I was found hiding under a garage cart scared because of a thunder storm.
