My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tony is estimated to be about 10 years old. and boy does he have a gorgeous, silky black coat! He and his forever friend, Willy, were left at an animal shelter by no fault of their own. Tony is a very sweet, happy go lucky, mellow guy who wants nothing more than to be loved by you. He will gently nudge you with his head or put his paws up on your legs to get some love. He loves to snuggle and rest next to his person. He gets along with everyone including respectful children and is very friendly. He has been making buddies with the other foster dogs too. He LOVES being outdoors and running around with his buddy. He has recovered beautifully from surgery to remove his skin cancer tumors so he is ready for his forever home. He will need to be limited in regards to his sunbathing to keep new growths at bay but Spoiled BratzWear donated a new sun suit for when they venture out in the sun. He is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm neg and had a recent dental with 5 extractions. He will need to have his skin monitored for new growths as well as his teeth monitored and routine dentals (as all IG's require) due to neglect of his teeth over the years. He must be adopted with Willy as they have been together since they were young. We will NOT separate them. Tony will crate nicely overnight alongside willy without a peep, however they love sleeping with their person too :) They need someone who will give them a happy ending and home after a not so happy recent past. Fostering in NE Iowa.
