Cheeks's Story...
Cheeks is an adult retired Ragdoll breeder with a very loving personality. She is a gorgeous seal bi-color girl who has been spayed and is up to date on shots. For the past several years Cheeks has led a semi-confined life in a cattery, but she is still very people-centered, friendly, healthy, and loves big belly rubs. She is gentle with children and has experience with a smaller dog. Cheeks is compatible with Misty but they are not bonded, so they could be adopted separately or as a pair. Unfortunately Cheeks was declawed by a previous owner. Indoor-only home is required. We do not ship cats and must meet all applicants prior to adoption. If you are interested in adoption, please fill out our preliminary screening application here: http://ragdollrescue.com/application.html

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cheeks, a Keizer Ragdoll cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ragdoll for sale in Keizer, or seeking a Ragdoll cat from a breeder in Keizer.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Keizer already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Keizer breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ragdoll breeders who help with Ragdoll rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Keizer paves the way for another one to be saved.
