Savannah is one of 13 siblings found by the Police Dept in a suburb of Phoenix and turned in to the Maricopa County Shelter. She is a very loving and beautiful 8 wk old girl, but appears to be sight and hearing impaired as well as quite a bit smaller than her siblings.
