Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! We are seeking a long term foster (or adopter!) for this little lady. Yara would do bet in a home with older children. Yara is in her golden years and needs a family that can understand that sometimes she can be a little grumpy with her old age. She is currently being fostered with many other dogs. Her foster mom takes her over to grandmas house who has younger children (7 and 9 years) there. Yara loves to play fetch and running around the yard with the kids. She most of all enjoys taking naps with them!
Yara is a 12 year old smooth coated fox terrier. She is happy, healthy and active. She still loves swimming and hiking, she just also happens to love couch napping, too! Yara has had a loving home for her 12 years. Yara has recently had a thorough vet exam and is in good health. She would be most successful as the only pet, or experienced fosters that understand space and slow intros if she feels that she needs it. Yara has many years of life in her and she deserves to find a wonderful home to spend the rest of them in!
You would never know by looking at her that she was 12 years old. She is always on the go and loves to play! She has her favorite stuffy that she takes everywhere with her. She likes to play fetch and she is super super fast runner! Yara is a wonderful dog that needs a loving home to spend the rest of her life in.
