Roana came to Maine nearly three years ago as a stray from Tennessee, and by best estimate she is presently about four and a half years old and she weighs approximately 68 pounds. She has lived with a family since arriving in Maine and proved to be a very loving dog. Roana is fully housebroken and has proven to be a very intelligent dog who learns well. Roana will require a fenced in yard and work on recall exercises. She will completely fall in love with anyone who will give her attention. Roana will need a calm and confident leader to redirect her natural protection instinct. Roana likes all other dogs and older kids and we feel she would do best with a canine buddy in the household.

She is a very sweet dog that just needs to find her right place in the world, preferably with a job to do with someone who can spend time challenging her intelligence and athletic abilities.
