Cinders: Maine/Persian Mix's Story...
Cinders is a beautiful Persian/Maine Coon mix, and she is also a true Hemingway with thumbs she can suck on! A rare blend indeed! About two to three months old now. She has had her first set of shots, deworm and FIV/FeLV testing last week. We also treated her for a respiratory infection that she caught at the shelter... but she is now healthy and ready for a Christmas home. Requested donation of $150 includes a spay rebate. This is a friendly kitty who has been held alot. Very loving!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cinders: Maine/Persian Mix, a Farmington Persian kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Farmington, or seeking a Persian kitten from a breeder in Farmington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Farmington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Farmington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Farmington paves the way for another one to be saved.
