Pooky...update's Story...
(Update: I have had a dental, and now I look so lovely with my white smile!!) I was brought in to an overcrowded shelter in NYC by my owners, after I had given them six years of my life. I was scared there, and was taken into rescue in RI. I would love a quiet, (rather than busy) home. They tell me I am stunning, and now I am starting to feel much better. I weigh just 10 pounds, although I look bigger due to my full coat and long legs. I am good with other dogs and older, respectful children. I have not been tried with cats. Please ask about me if you are in RI, eastern CT, Western MA, Cape Cod or near Boston. I would make a family really appreciate my beauty! Please call my foster mommy Judy at 401 647-0513.......

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pooky...update, a Foster Pomeranian/Papillon dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian/Papillon for sale in Foster, or seeking a Pomeranian/Papillon dog from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian/Papillon breeders who help with Pomeranian/Papillon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
