My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet FRITZ. And he is such a handsome and well trained guy! Fritz is a 3-1/2 year old chocolate dachshund. Great coloring (see pictures). Fritz is 14 pounds of fun and good behavior. He will sit and wait for his food, is a good car rider, and loves to play ball and go for walks. He’ll cuddle up on your lap and keep you company while you work or watch movies. He is perfect in the house training area, but can be a bit possessive of his toys.

Fritz is all up to date on the medicals (rabies, bordetella, DHPP, Advantage, neutered) and is looking particularly handsome with recent grooming and pedicure. He has been well taken care of, and is in very good health. He comes with a new leash and collar set, toys and blanket, dog food and a free exam card for his next appointment with our Doxie vet at Best Friends Veterinary Medical Center.

Perhaps if you are not quite ready or able to adopt, you might be willing to help our rescues pass their time in rescue by donating toys and long lasting chew bones. Or, have you considered becoming one of our treasured dog walkers? Any assistance would be appreciated! Just give us a call.

If thinking of adopting, please go to www.odr-inc.org and read our strict criteria and then complete our questionnaire and email it to us. We will be in touch with you as soon as we have the chance to review your application. The rescue hours for contact are 9am to 8pm. Thank you, Jenell
