Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Julie was thrown from the window of a moving truck, so she is, quite naturally, wary of being picked up. Yet she readily goes to her foster mom for love and comfort. New things frighten her, but she becomes perfectly comfortable in familiar surroundings. She's intelligent and eager to please people, so if she is granted time and patience, she'll adapt to a loving new home. Even though she's just a baby, she's already experienced human darkness, yet she is eager to please people. She's charming and active, attentive to humans' wishes and comes when called. She has always been hand shy and appreciates being greeted with a touch to her body, rather than her head . . . and loves to have her back rubbed!
If you feel drawn to Julie, the most essential gift you can give her is your generous, unconditional understanding of the effort and courage required of HER to relax and trust the world of humans. If you grant her this, your reward will be the forever love and devotion of a very brave and beautiful dog.
Julie is spayed, vaccinated, housetrained, learning how to walk on a leash. Adoption Fee $150.
