Squiggles's Story...
Hey there! I'm Squiggles. I got my name from my lines in my fur. I'm about 4 years old and LOVE to drink from the sink faucet. I also like to sleep at your feet and play with them when you're not looking (hehe). I've never been around children, but if you have some, I'll be on my best behavior (unless they pull my tail or something).

My story is my first owner gave me to her friend to watch. She promised she was coming back, but never did. Her friend couldn't keep me long, so they tried to give me to Animal Control. Someone told her, my second owner, about the shelter, and off I went! I get treated really good, but I don't like all these other cats and these little things that look like cats but smaller. PLEASE take me home!

You can adopt me for $70. That covers all of my up-to-date on shots, microchip, I'm already fixed, 1 month flea/tick prevention, and 1 month of insurance. I hope you decide to adopt me! I really want a home, please!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Squiggles, a Goldsboro Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Goldsboro, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Goldsboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Goldsboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Goldsboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Goldsboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
