Lily Rose is around 1.5 - 2 years old and 45 lbs and would love to be home for the holidays. She would do best in a house with at least one other dog – she absolutely loves playing with other dogs and is happiest in a pack. A home that has lots of time and love to give would be perfect for Lily Rose. She loves to snuggle and kiss the person she is bonded to and spends happy hours on the couch with her people. She is very well crate trained and happily stays in her crate when here people are not home, and sleeps in her crate at night. She’s completely house broken. She’s a generally quiet dog – limited or no barking, with the exception of the barking and alerting of strangers. She takes time to get used to new people. She would do best in a home with older kids, the fast movement and excitement of little kids can be a bit overwhelming. She walks fairly well on a leash, although we prefer to use a harness with her. She loves going to dog daycare! She will be the most faithful and loving companion to a lucky home. This dog is part of our "Home for the Holidays" special promo, which means for a short time their adoption fee will be $260 to encourage the perfect home sweet home.An additional $50 will be charged on dogs that are picked up from our Southbury CT adoption center, adopted at an event or foster home. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with CT HB 5368.

This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Petland Discounts in Southbury on Friday, December 7th from 2pm - 6pm. CPR will be at Petsmart in Orange on Saturday December 8th from 10am - 2pm. On Sunday December 9th CPR will be at PetValu in Southbury from 10am - 1pm for both an adoption event and Pictures with Santa. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!

This dog is spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick and heartworm preventative. This dog has tested positive for and has received treatment for heartworms.

If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
