Meet Bennie. He was rescued from frigid temps in Tennessee a few weeks back. He weighs approximately 40 pounds and is as sweet as can be. We estimate him to be about 8 months old. He really thrives on human love and friendship, and cannot wait to find his forever home. He’s eager to please and easily trainable. Apply to adopt today!
This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! First, CPR with be with North Shore Animal League on Friday, February 9th at PetValu, 100 Main Street North, Southbury, CT from 2pm-6pm. Then, CPR will once again be at PetValu, 100 Main Street North, Southbury, CT on Saturday, February 10th from 10am-2pm. Lastly, CPR will be hosting an Open House at their adoption center located at 522 N. Georges Hill Rd in Southbury, CT on Sunday, February 11th from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. Come meet our pups and find your forever friend!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. This dog has tested negative for heartworms.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
