Hello there, my name is Mister Rogers! I'm a handsome gentleman (so the ladies tell me) who struck it lucky one day when I strayed right into the path of a State Trooper. Contrary to popular belief, a run on with the law isn't always a bad thing. I hopped right into the car and charmed the cop into finding me some great people who took me in and are helping me find a forever home. And my foster mom says I'm a total catch, low maintenance, well-behaved, house trained, and the most gracious house guest. At 5 years old, I'm young enough to have a great time, but old enough to know better.
I like walks and pride myself in not pulling on the leash like an amateur, and I just love my pup pals and kids. Really, I'm a people pleaser. Heck, I'd even do some dishes or laundry if someone would just show me how. Unlike all those cute puppies out there, I won't pee on your favorite shoes after I chew them up, bark or whine relentlessly while you're trying to sleep, or need a piddle break every 2-3 hours. This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at PetSmart in Plainville all three days for the National Adoption Weekend. Starting on Friday the 22nd from 2pm-6pm, then on Saturday the 23rd from 10am-2pm and lastly on Sunday the 24th from 10am-1pm. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
The adoption fee is $425 which includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccinations, flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, and the mandatory CT HB 5368 fee. This dog tested positive for heartworms and has been treated in our care.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
