Toby is a pure breed cocker spaniel who needs an experienced adopter who understands how to work with dogs with food and toy issues. He spent the first 8 years of his life at his breeders home having to share everything with all the other dogs and now feels it is his time to be special. He is very sweet with people and likes to snuggle.
