I am very sweet but just a little shy at first. I have a love for older children and other friendly dogs, I do wonderfully with both! I love people, I just want to know that they are nice people, and once I do, I am very happy to meet them and we become fast friends. Have you ever felt like that? I just know I can be the most loyal best friend you could ever need or want! I like to walk on a leash and play with toys, treats are also awesome and motivate me, big time, to learn new things because I'm very smart! This dog will be ready to leave our care in time for CPR's Triple Event Weekend! CPR will be at Ace Hardware in Oxford on Friday June 7th from 2-6pm. On Saturday, June 8th CPR will be participating in the 5th Annual Catherine Hubbard Butterfly Party from 12pm - 4pm at 3 Primrose St in Newtown. On Sunday June 9th CPR will be hosting an open house from 10am -1pm at our adoption center located at 522 North Georges Hill Rd Southbury. PRE-APPROVAL is REQUIRED to bring home a pup from SUNDAY'S event. You can apply while you are there, but the application will not be processed the same day. If you are not pre-approved, you are still welcome to come and meet pups at the event!
This dog has tested positive for heartworms and has received treatment while in our care.
If you are a MA resident, your new family member is required to go through a mandatory 48 hour quarantine period at our Woburn MA isolation facility. Your new family member will be dropped off by our transport on Thursday and will be ready for you to pick him/her up on Saturday between noon and 2pm. An additional $100 fee will be added for any dogs picked up from the Woburn MA quarantine facility. This additional fee is necessary in order to comply with MA Order 405-CD-12 and Order 1-AHO-05.
