My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tucker – male, neutered, vaccinated to date including Rabies, ~12yrs, ~60lbs, Golden Ret./ShepherdX.

Tucker needs a new home because of a family break up, after 12years of loyal companionship to his family no one is able to keep Tucker.

Tucker does not look or act his age at all, he is in phenomenal shape and health for a “senior”. He is great with other dogs, has lived with cats and is okay with respectful children over the age of 5yrs – he does not want to be a jungle gym. Tucker loves to go to the Dog Park or doggy day care; he needs at least a 30-40min walk every day. Tucker is a great mature dog, fully house trained, only barks to let you know someone is at the door, likes car rides and he can be given free roam of the home when left alone. Tucker is loyal, friendly and knows his basic commands; he can work off leash in the park once he has bonded with his new owner. Tucker does have a sensitive tummy and should only eat Eagle Pack Rice and Lamb dry dog food, milk bones and dental bones. This older gentleman would really love a home to retire in and call his own for the rest of his years. He still has lots of time left for a great family who will love him. Tucker is used to a house with a fenced yard and is best suited to a home with a fenced yard.
