My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ON TRIAL / EN PÉRIODE D'ESSAI
Shooter is a 1.5-year-old, apricot, Miniature Poodle who arrived at the Centre along with another poodle. The two had been in their last home for a short time but they did not get along with the family cat. Shooter was very nervous and upset when he first arrived but he is slowly coming around. He can be protective of his crate and therefore an adult home or one where children are teenagers would best suit Shooter. Once he is comfortable in his environment, Shooter loves nothing more than to be held and cuddled. He has lived with another dog and gets along with the dogs at the Centre. Shooter was expected to go on pee-pads in the last home and he is quite confused. Some toilet training will be required but he is learning that being outside is a fun activity, especially when there are humans outside with him. With a little patience and understanding, Shooter will be a sweet and loving companion. If you are looking for a little fellow to love and cherish, please think about adopting Shooter and fill in the Adoption Form.
