Dolly's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Dolly's Story...
I'm a 1-year-old spayed female purebred Shih Tzu. I have the most amazing personality! I love people and I'm so very friendly. Sitting in laps and cuddling are my two favorite hobbies. I also play nicely with other dogs. My previous owner was an elderly lady who sadly fell and broke her back. She was confined to her bed for recovery and was completely heartbroken to have to let me go. So now I need to find a new family who will love me to pieces...and that shouldn't be too difficult because I'm a perfect little gem!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dolly, a Los Angeles Shih Tzu dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shih Tzu for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Shih Tzu dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shih Tzu breeders who help with Shih Tzu rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
