Walker's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Walker's Story...
Walker is a great dog. He is about 8 months old and looking for his new "fur-ever" home. Walker is living in a foster home with other dogs and doing great with them. He has also been good with cats (but he does like to play with them). He knows his basic commands (sit, down, come, and is working on off). Walker is house trained. He loves to play out in the yard and go for walks. Walker would be a great addition to any family.

Walker is neutered, up to date on vaccinations (including rabies), and has been treated for internal/external parasites. Walker's adoption fee is $200. Walker is living in a foster home so please call or e-mail if interested in meeting him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Walker, a Faribault Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever for sale in Faribault, or seeking a Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Faribault.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Faribault already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Faribault breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Australian Shepherd/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Faribault paves the way for another one to be saved.
