My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

2/10/09: Halo has completed his heartworm treatment. Halo enjoys living with female and younger male dogs. He is also very good with children. Do you have a place in your home for Li'l Halo?

1/18/09: So sad...Halo has been bounced around too many times. He had finally found a foster home for quite some time, but they can no longer keep him. So...he is now living in a cage at a vet's office once again. Lil Halo is such a sweet boy. He would love a home with females or even by himself. He is just a lovebug who deserves a real life. Please help this boy.
07/07/08 - Lil Halo has been living in boarding for a month now because of the shelter being full...He has sponsorship funds to pay for his heartworm treatment - but needs a foster home to go to in order to be treated. Please help! We cannot keep him in boarding much longer - it is no way for a dog to spend his life. This is a very sweet boy - give him a chance.

5/23/08 - Lil Halo has tested positive for heartworm...he needs some doggie angels to sponsor and foster him. The shelter director has given Lil Halo until Tuesday to find a place to go ...this is such a beautiful boy, please help him.

5/12/08: This is Lil Halo- who has apparently been wandering the streets all alone. He was actually trapped and brought into the shelter. This is a really sweet dog who deserves a chance. He desperately needs someone to foster him and/or be his doggy angel by sponsoring him. What a handsome boy, don't you think?!

**All dogs are in our partner shelters in the south unless marked "In Maine" or "In New England". **
