My name is SID!

Miniature Poodle Mix Dog for adoption in Melbourne, Florida - SID

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

SID's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

SID's Story...
SID is a small guy, only about 10 inches tall and weighs about 8 lbs. He has a good appetite and loves to get treats. He also likes to play with his tennis ball and his nylabone.

SID can be a real snuggler, and he likes most people. Small children scare him, so he needs a home with adults and grown kids who know how to approach a timid dog. He is in good health and would like to be your new best friend!

SID is currently fostered in BREVARD county. To learn more about adopting him, check out his webpage at http://www.coastalpoodlerescue.org/poodles/poodledetail.cfm?DogID=1094

Can't adopt right now? Consider becoming a foster home for a rescue dog; it's temporary, but very fulfilling and your only cost is their food! Fill out a volunteer application from our website at www.coastalpoodlerescue.org

APPLICATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM FULL/PART-TIME RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA AS A HOME VISIT IS REQUIRED; NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN FLORIDA, PLEASE LOOK FOR RESCUE GROUPS IN YOUR HOME STATE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SID, a Melbourne Miniature Poodle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Poodle for sale in Melbourne, or seeking a Miniature Poodle dog from a breeder in Melbourne.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Melbourne already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Melbourne breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Poodle breeders who help with Miniature Poodle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Melbourne paves the way for another one to be saved.
