Jack's Story...
Yes dahling . . . stare if you must. . . feast your eyes upon the most gorgeous, masculine hunk of feline flesh this world has ever seen (if I do say so myself). Not only am I festidious about my litter habits but a rather laid back, daper fellow who enjoys cuddling on my human's lap soaking in all the attention you would wish to lavish upon me. My coat is long and luxurious and I have a mane that rivals any of my jungle relatives. The inferior humans who dumped me along the road must not have appreciated all of my royal qualities. Oh, I might add that I do have a bit of a sweet tooth so I would be ever so appreciative if you could leave the donuts sitting on the counter when you go to work. Of course, being a chap of impeccable upbringing, I do get along well with other felines and I will tolerate a silly canine or two but I am just not sure what their purpose is in this world. Actually, why don't you quit staring and take me home so I can rule your household in the manner in which it was meant to be governed!

Act quickly to adopt Jack. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Roundup Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Roundup, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Roundup.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Roundup already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Roundup breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Roundup paves the way for another one to be saved.
