Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***NEW***
Aroooo to you! I am Daisy Duke, an adventurous 6 year old tricolor beagle girl. Just check out my pics! I am one get up and go girl! My family said that they could not keep me any more because they could not train me. I really don't know what that means, but I am one smart little gal, and I know just what I am doing. As you can see, I love the pool, and enjoy a trek thru the snow! So, I really don't know why they say I am not one that can be trained!
Well, here is an update of what my foster dad has to say about me. " She is an awesome dog. She will go to the dog park but she just doesn't ever really play with the other dogs. She just kind of likes to do her own thing and hangs out with you. She is totally housetrained, we have never had any accidents at all with her. She does have the normal beagle trait of watching you like a hawk while you have food and sometimes she will try to get reach things on the counter but thats all normal beagle stuff. "
"She is so far most definately the smartest dog we have had in the house. She learns very quickly and I think would be easily trainable to do things if you had a little bit of time to work with her or put her through school. She knows sit and she won't eat her food until you tell her 'ok'.
"I think Daisy would be fine in the house with other dogs but she would be a great only dog too. Like I said she doesn't ever play with other dogs and she loves to just keep by your side and just be in the same room you are. We have crate trained her since we got her. In fact we don't even close the crate door at night anymore. She goes right in and will stay there until you get out of bed. We have just been keeping her crate in our bedroom. We just keep her in there at night. During the day she is fine around the house by herself, she doesn't have any destructive behaviors. Just keep food out of reach and there won't be a problem."
So, I am one good little gal. I do tend to be a bit timid when we first meet, but will warm up to you as soon as I figure out that you are there to give me some attention. Please check me out! I am one great little beagle! .
