Sammi is a delightful female GSD around 5 yrs old. She is a very friendly, social, lovable dog who is good with children and other dogs. She is fine with Binx the shelter cat, but is quite curious, something most cats dislike. Sammi does need a fenced in yard as she does love to run and of course she needs a good exercise workout each day. She is leash trained and with proper leadership follows instructions well.
Sammi is quite large though large and therefore quite strong, so needs a home with someone who understands the breed. Like every dog she is happiest when she knows what is expected of her and where she fits in to a household. This avoids the disappointment of someone else has "beating you to it" because they were pre-approved. Processing an application does not take us very long but we do insist that all potential adopters are approved before placing a dog. Applying is very simple. Just log on to our website at

Just above the photo gallery you will see Adoption Application giving you a choice of 2 formats. Select one of these and complete the information requested, then save it as a file and e mail it to us.
