Sue Ellen is a Border Collie/Australian Cattle Dog/Blue Heeler Mix. She is Black & White. Sue Ellen is 1 Year Old. She is spayed and up to date on her shots. She weighs around 26 lbs.
Sue Ellen is a very energetic playful young girl! She is full of energy and loves to greet you with a big kiss on the hand, or if you lean down she'll kiss you on your cheek. Sue Ellen is very playful and loves when people pay attention to her, especially when they let her snuggle up next to them either on the couch or bed. She's very sweet and loves to play with the other dogs, she'll whimper when the other dogs don't want to play with her. After awhile she calms down and will lay next to you on the couch. Sue Ellen loves toy, and loves especially when you shake the toy back and forth and then let her catch it in the air. Sue Ellen is very good and she knows how to sit, she kinda know's how to give paw were working on that, but she's very smart and with some more training can probably learn all the tricks in the book! She loves to go for walks because she's very energetic and she's also very good on the leash. Sue Ellen is looking for a very energetic and active family to keep up with her pace.
Sue Ellen would do best in a household that is very active due to her Border Collie side, she's very playful and active and needs daily exercise, either walks around the neighborhood or playing outside in a fenced in area. She loves other dogs so another doggie playmate would suit her well. She's excellent on the leash so a family who takes nightly walks around town is perfect for her. She does very well in the car, once the car gets moving she settles down laying down in the backseat, but would like to be your co-pilot if she's invited up front! She's great with children because they are as playful as she is, so she would love to be part of a big family so that everyone can pay attention to her. Sue Ellen is looking for that special family that she can call her own!
Sue Ellen is not aggressive with other dogs, she's has been with small, large, young and old dogs.
At the rescue we require dogs to be kept indoors. There is a $95 adoption fee for puppies, and a $85 adoption fee for Adult/Senior Dogs.
