Darla's Story...
Our precious babies and their momma Gracie made their grand debut with E-rescue. We want everybody to hear their story.
A woman was driving her car down a highway and spotted the momma dog running down the road. Of course, she stopped
to help her and took her to the vet. The lady thought there were puppies hidden somewhere, and she wanted to look for them.
This savior went home and got her dog, Cheyenne , a rescue dog herself and when they went back to the woods near where
the mommy had been found, Cheyenne found the 7 tiny babies hidden under a pile of rotting wood.
Pups and mom were reunited at the vet's office! Fast forward 6 weeks and the puppies are now 8 weeks old.
They have had their first shots and are ready to move into homes of their own. When old enough, each of the puppies
will come back to E-Resuce for their spay/neuter and a contract agreeing to bring them back for surgery is required.
Two of the puppies were adopted today, so if you are interested in providing the best dog ever with a proper place to grow and
thrive, they will be at adoptions on Saturdays at:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Darla, a Sugar Land Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Sugar Land, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Sugar Land.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sugar Land already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sugar Land breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sugar Land paves the way for another one to be saved.
