Daisy was found by a Good Samaritan living in the woods behind her house. She fed Daisy and put up 'found pet 'ads thinking that since Daisy was so friendly she had to be someone's lost pet. However, no one responded and it's likely that Daisy was abandoned. (The current foreclosure mess is creating many strays when people leave their pets behind.) Daisy is about 2 1/2 years old by our vet's best guess. She is a petite girl with a "butterball" physique (she LOVES to eat!) and has a solid black coat--possibly a Persian mix. She has the cobby body style of a Persian and the soft plush coat, but she does not have the flat squished-in nose of a Persian. She tolerates grooming fairly well, but tends to grumble when you brush her tail. :) She is a friendly girl, but we think she would be best with older children (8 years and up). If you have any questions or would like to meet her, contact Beckie at (410) 972-1355 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
