If you're looking for an energetic young bouncing hound, then say hello to Tennyson! Tennyson, (full name Alfred Lord Tennyson) was bestowed the name of the great poet due to his position as the 10th basset his foster parents have had. He's the perfect tri-colored hound, with both brown and black spots! After several weeks in his foster home, Tenny is fully potty trained and is learning a few additional manners such as walking on a leash. He does well in the car, loves kids (although he's a jumper so probably not good with really little ones). He's estimated to be around 2-3 years old. He's a non-stop lover, full of hugs, the occasional kiss, and a wet-nose in the ear! He gets along with other dogs, even the big ones at the dog park, but prefers to walk around and make new human friends. He's always happy, the first to greet you when you come in the door, and loves to sleep on the lazy-boy! If you're looking for a male basset who will provide you with love and devotion - Tenny will be the perfect hound for you.
