Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dexter is a young dog, approximately 2 years old, who was saved from the pound. His heritage seems to show some Stafford Shire Terrier and possibly Lab cross. He has met a whole troop of Girl Scouts and thought it was grand to get so much lovin'. He practiced walking on a leash with the girls but could use some more confidence. Dexter can be choosy when he meets new K9's.
He is current on his vaccines, heartworm negative, and has been neutered. Dexter is a very happy & healthy boy that loves people and desires to be someone’s loyal companion. If you want him at his best, he would be great in a home without cats. If you are interested in meeting this young boy please call the Floyd Humane Society voice-mail at (540) 745-7207 and leave a message for his foster mom Sunny or send an email to floydhumane@gmail.com.
