Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Have you ever heard the phrase “looks can be deceiving”? Well, let me tell you, whoever said that must have been thinking about me, Wiggles. At first glance, you may think that I am a beagle. But if you look closer, you will see my droopy neck; long ears; and big, hairy feet. If you have the good fortune of hearing me bark, you will laugh because my voice is so deep that you would think I was boy! So why do I have all of these strange features? Well, it’s probably because I am a beagle/basset hound mix. Some call this mix a bagel, but please don’t attempt to eat me, although I wouldn’t object to being smeared in cream cheese. Yum! Did I mention that I LOVE food? I also love snuggling, and I will sit on your lap all day if it means that you that you will love me. At night, I have been a very good girl at my foster home. I sleep on my comfy pet bed on the floor, and I don’t jump up on the bed, although I wouldn’t object if you brought me up for a little snuggle time. My foster parents are working on housebreaking me because I wasn’t trained when I came to their home. Otherwise, I am a pretty great dog, if I say so myself. Sometimes I bark at and chase the cats, but that’s usually because my foster brothers and sister do it. When I first got to my foster home, I didn’t even want to look at the cats. Anyway, that’s a little about me, Wiggles, the bagel. If you think you might want a dog who is a snuggle bug and loves people and other dogs, then I might be the dog for you.
