Cheyenne's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Cheyenne's Story...
Cheyenne is 12 years old and when her owner passed away a few months ago, no one was able to keep her. She is shy, at first but very loving and playful in her old age. Although in her golden years she has the strength of a 5 year old. Cheyenne would not do well in a house with children. She is on a prescription diet called Hills C/D for a history of crystals forming in her urine. Cheyenne would just like a place to call home for this senior portion of her life. Please call Shari if you think you can love Cheyenne.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cheyenne, a Kingston Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Kingston, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Kingston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Kingston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Kingston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Kingston paves the way for another one to be saved.
